Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AZ Sales Chrome extension and this website, operated by Tony / Shopverix ("we", "us"). By installing or using AZ Sales you agree to them. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
1. What the service is
AZ Sales provides estimates of Amazon daily sales, Best Sellers Rank and net profit after Amazon fees, and hides sponsored listings. Estimates are derived from public page data and statistical models. They are approximate, can be wrong, and are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy.
In particular: fee tables and sales curves are our best reconstruction of Amazon's published rates and vary in quality by marketplace; some marketplaces have no sales curve at all; and profit figures exclude your cost of goods, storage, advertising and returns. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchasing, pricing or inventory decision.
2. Free preview, trial and subscription
- Free preview. You can use the extension for a limited number of distinct searches (currently 5) without creating an account at all.
- Free trial. Creating an account gives you a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start it.
- Subscription. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription of $9.99 per month.
You can create an account by signing in with Google or by requesting a one-time code sent to your email address. Both methods give the same access.
3. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation, but see refunds below.
If we change the price, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
4. Refunds
If you are unhappy with AZ Sales, email support@shopverix.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, charges already taken are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future ones.
Nothing here removes any mandatory statutory right you have as a consumer in your own country, including any right to withdraw from a digital-services contract.
5. Referral program
You may share your referral code or invite link at any time — during your trial, after it ends, or while subscribed. When a new user creates an account (by either sign-in method) and redeems your code:
- the new user receives 7 bonus trial days;
- you receive 21 bonus days, regardless of your own trial or subscription status, for up to 3 successful referrals.
A code can only be redeemed once per account, cannot be redeemed by the account that owns it, and cannot be redeemed by an account sharing the same email address. We may withhold or reverse credit for activity we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive, such as self-referral or fake accounts. Bonus days have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
6. Acceptable use
The extension reads the Amazon pages you visit and fetches Amazon product and seller pages through your own authenticated browser session, on your behalf, for your personal product research. You are responsible for using it in accordance with Amazon's terms of service and applicable law.
You agree not to resell or redistribute the extension or its output as a competing data service, share your account with others, attempt to bypass the subscription or preview limits, or use the extension to place unreasonable load on Amazon's systems.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and your device secure, since either can be used to sign in. Tell us promptly at support@shopverix.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
8. Availability and changes to the service
AZ Sales depends on Amazon's public pages, which change without notice, and on third-party services (Google, Stripe, Supabase). Features may break, change or be withdrawn, and Amazon may rate-limit or block automated page requests. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature or marketplace will keep working.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Sales is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of estimates, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, wasted inventory spend, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of AZ Sales or reliance on its estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
You may stop using the extension and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or abuses the service; where we do so without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a paid period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and we will notify account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use AZ Sales after that means you accept the updated terms.
